#1 the brushes were ALL shit.
#2 the formulas were ALL thick.
Those two points made, these are gorgeous polishes. Expensive for the size and quality though imo. Nearly every one of them bubbled on me. I would have much preferred a set of Ozotics like this. Their multichrome formula is fab. Sure, the polishes are expensive, but by the ml they are cheaper especially since you only really need 1 coat on top of a darker base.
They aren't like most duochromes in that they do not need to be layered. Of course, I would still like to try a few of them over black.
I thinned every single one of these polishes. These are almost all 2 coats. None swatched with topcoat.
I ordered these from Llarowe who is amazing. Dear NP addicts.. quit being bitches to Leah Anne! Get a grip! Pop your meds!
I'm fiddling with a new lighting situation since there is no daylight for me save the weekends when I would rather not be hunched over the bathroom counter sitting on the crapper for 3 hours until my shoulder blades want to make out with each other.
Step 1: Cut a hole in the box. Step 2: UHU white card stock all over the inside of the bo-O-ox. Step 3: Your bf will insist you use his flash as a slave and then put it back on his desk so you can't use it when his sleep schedule is backwards and you want to swa-A-atch. Step 4: Abscond the desk lamp from the Jerker and do what you gotta do-O-o.
(I apologize if any of these pics are balls. I also apologize for any ugly lack of cleanup or colour inaccuracies or whatever else might pick your ass)
Also, some of these pictures were taken out of the box and by the stove light which is friendly to the duochromes. I still wasn't able to photograph a lot of the colour shift. It will likely surprise me with its existence on a cloudy crappy day. Some of the colour shift on these.. wasn't so much.

I had to do a frigging rain dance to get this pink to show up.
Unconventional (This one actually turns from deep purple to this most gorgeous red)
Oh and in case you were wondering, here is one beside a striper.
Witty quips and snarky remarks, the random ramblings of a girl with a penchant for polish.

MAC - Kid Kat
There are only a couple of this one. I did a series of swatches on the weekend and then realized my nails needed to be reshaped.
This is old school. I am not sure exactly how old school. This is 3 coats no topcoat.
Dig that bottle!
This ia fantastic pop of pink with cool pink shimmer.
Dig that ring finger all bell shaped? So chic.

Butter London - Wallis & China Glaze - It's Alive
This was a frigging fabulous gift from a frigging gorgeous pally pal!
Wallis. I sang to him when I put him on.
"Oh Wallis you're so fine. You're so fine you blow my mind. Hey Wallis."
That is what I sang. 2 coats no top coat.
This is another fabulous gift from another beautiful gorgeous pally! Why do I have gorgeous friends? I need to find some uglies to make me look good.
IT'S ALIVE! (Robot Chicken voice) 1 coat over Wallis + top coat.

OPI - Amazing Lazing Lilac & Revlon - Whimsical
This is one of the lightest barely purples I have ever met. Here is 4 coats no topcoat.
Here it is against my dirty ass white door. See? Lilac!
Since I had it on, I figured it would make a nice base for Revlon Whimsical which is a fabulous Lippmann Glitter in the Air dupe. Revlon, never stop duping. You dupe so good.
2 coats no top
I really really love this polish. I rarely willingly pay full price for Revlons which is stupidly expensive IMO in Canada, but it needed to be done.
